![]() 20 Millionaires on 4th Novemberīefore the Superdraw, UK players will have a better chance of becoming a millionaire than normal in the EuroMillions draw on Friday 4th November, with 20 prizes of £1 million set to be paid out. If December’s Superdraw ends in a rollover and the top prize keeps pushing upwards, a new record could beckon around Christmas time. After there was no winner in June’s big draw, the jackpot rapidly increased until someone from the UK matched all the numbers on 19th July to scoop €230 million (£195 million) - the largest amount ever seen in EuroMillions.įollowing that win in July, the jackpot cap was lifted from €230 million to €240 million. Over the last couple of years, Superdraws have helped to create many of the biggest wins in EuroMillions history. The jackpot can quickly rise from there, potentially towards record-breaking territory. If nobody wins the Superdraw on the night, the jackpot will roll over to the next draw and an even larger amount will be put up for grabs. Even if there is a winner in the draw immediately before 2nd December, the jackpot will still be boosted to the set amount. No rollovers are required to build up the €130 million prize. Superdraws work the same way as regular draws, but the big difference is that the advertised jackpot is guaranteed. A Superdraw was also scheduled to be held in April, but had to be postponed as the jackpot had already climbed naturally to more than €130 million. It will be the fourth jackpot event of its kind to take place this year, following similar draws in February, June and September. The Superdraw will take place on Friday 2nd December, with a jackpot of €130 million (approximately £112 million) set to be offered.
